You will be working in a fast-growing field on all international markets.<\/p>\n<p><b>You have the following experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of the ServiceNow tool standards<\/li>\n<li>Leading workshops to gather customer requirements<\/li>\n<li>Writing of technical documentation, user stories, test books<\/li>\n<li>Change management support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"pro\" class=\"ss\"><strong>Your main tasks will be:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Help clients formalize their needs<\/li>\n<li>Recommend and support functional and organizational orientations with regard to existing organizational standards (ITIL, etc) and technologies<\/li>\n<li>Ensure overall functional consistency of project processes and tools<\/li>\n<li>Identify functional and organizational gaps and ensure their relevance to the customer<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the technical choices proposed meet the functional requirements expressed by the customer<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the drafting of functional documentation (functional specifications, user manuals) based on requirements analysis reports<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the drafting of training materials<\/li>\n<li>Participate in solution acceptance testing<\/li>\n<li>Participate in supporting teams after implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"ss\"><strong>Profile:<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>Engineering school degree or equivalent university degree<br \/>\nFluent in written and spoken English<br \/>\nYou know how to lead requirement gathering workshops and formalize requirements<br \/>\nYou are familiar with the ServiceNow tool standards and have ITIL certification<br \/>\nCSA\/Safe certification would be a plus<\/p>\n<p><b>Required qualities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sense of customer service<\/li>\n<li>Listening and communication abilities<\/li>\n<li>Technical expertise and high standards for self and team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to synthesize and communicate complex technical information clearly to audiences of all hierarchical levels<\/li>\n<li>Ability to bring proposals forward and keep up to date with technological developments<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle several projects at once<\/li>\n<li>Autonomy and pragmatism<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"featured_media":558,"template":"","acf":[],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.dmtechnology.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/offres_d_emploi\/263"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.dmtechnology.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/offres_d_emploi"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.dmtechnology.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/offres_d_emploi"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.dmtechnology.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/558"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.dmtechnology.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=263"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
