You will be working in a fast-growing field on all international markets.<\/p>\n<p><b>Profile:<\/b><br \/>\nEngineering school degree or equivalent university degree<br \/>\nFluent in written and spoken English, Arabic would be a plus<br \/>\nYou are familiar with the ServiceNow tool standard (particularly the HR, SPM, SecOpss and FSM modules) and have a CTA (Certified Technical Architect) certification<br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">You have at least 1 year's experience with ServiceNow, in Information Systems architecture, interface and API design and implementation<\/span><br \/>\nITIL certification would be a plus<\/p>\n<p><b>Your main tasks will be:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze and translate the business information and technical requirements of each project into architectural plans<\/li>\n<li>Conduct technical assessments of strategic and operational requirements in relation to ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities and industry-leading practices<\/li>\n<li>Support and advise customers before and during project implementation<\/li>\n<li>Advise on platform evolution strategy and improve prospects of successful go-live and end-user adoption through effective platform strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required qualities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical expertise and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in designing and implementing platform operating models<\/li>\n<li>Sense of customer service<\/li>\n<li>Listening and communication abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to bring proposals forward and keep up to date with technological developments<\/li>\n<li>Dynamism and autonomy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"featured_media":864,"template":"","acf":[],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.dmtechnology.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/offres_d_emploi\/863"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.dmtechnology.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/offres_d_emploi"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.dmtechnology.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/offres_d_emploi"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.dmtechnology.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/864"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.dmtechnology.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=863"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
