This application automates the deployment of UpdateSets between ServiceNow instances. This operation is traced by a service request ticket, which is submitted for approval. This demonstration shows how an UdpateSet is auto-deployed from a dev instance to a test instance, under normal (error-free) conditions.
However, the application also supports other checks below:
1. Presence of UpdateSet in source instance
2. Complete state of the UpdateSet
3. UpdateSet contains only objects authorized by the system property
The application also includes additional functionalities:
1. Autodeployment of batch files
2. Scanning of UpdateSets and batches
This application is particularly useful for companies wishing to give more autonomy to key users to auto-deploy minor evolutions on ServiceNow objects (Catalog Item, Form Layout...).
